The Canadian Dental Care Plan helps eligible Canadians to pay a portion of their dental care. At Mill Pond Dental Care we are pleased to accept the plan for our patients' convenience helping make quality dental care more accessible for eligible individuals and families.

What's Covered

Most preventative and basic procedures: cleaning, routine check-ups, x-rays, extractions, emergencies, root canals, and fillings.

Some major procedures on a case-by-case basis: crowns, complete and partial dentures.

Some dental surgery: wisdom teeth extractions.

Note: frequency limitations apply within the plan.
How to Apply
If your combined household income is less than $90,000 a year and you do not have access to private dental insurance, you could be eligible for this benefit.
To keep your plan active, you must apply every year after filing your tax return from the previous year, the deadline is usually Jun 1 to avoid any benefit disruption.
